In the event of a non life-threatening emergency, please contact the office (after hours you will be connected to our answering service). We have nurses covering patient calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you feel your child has an urgent (non life-threatening) issue and you cannot wait for a call back during regular office hours, please notify the receptionist to be connected directly to a nurse or doctor.
For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 and go immediately to the nearest hospital emergency room. They will contact us.

If you come to the office with your child in a life-threatening or urgent state, you MUST notify the receptionists. Receptionists are NOT medical providers and cannot assess the severity of your child's illness. They can get a nurse or a doctor to come assess your child to determine if they need to be brought back immediately.

We ask for patience and understanding when children with urgent medical needs are seen before children with earlier appointments and/or arrival times.
